Monday Wednesday and Friday 6am – 9am
Tuesday and Thursday 4pm – 7pm
The gym is situated behind the local tennis court in a beautiful park setting with a toilet block next door.
It may be a small building but it certainly offers the lot. There is a gym with a cross trainer, 2 Spin bikes, rower and treadmill. We have a few top of the range pin weight machines that exercises every single muscle group. We also have a large selection of weights, dumbbells and other equipment to suit your exercise needs. We have secured new premises via Somerset Regional Council and this will be complete in 2021.
The second room is used solely as our exercise room for classes.
We have recently purchased lots of new boot camp and pilates accessories to help you achieve your goals
One of the bonuses with this building is that is has brand new air conditioner for your comfort in those hotter months.
Even though Toogoolawah is a small gym, we pride ourselves on offering 11 classes per week and also 4 great Instructors including our 4th Year Exercise Physiologist.
We also have many FREE fitness and weight lost challenges.

Monday’s 9.15am at Alexander Hall Toogoolawah.
Instructors Jayne and Trish from Somerset Health and Fitness will be taking these classes followed by free morning tea. All levels of fitness are catered for.
