Kilcoy Indoor Sport Centre received an upgrade during the Covid-19 closure period.  We purchased many new pieces of great Techno gym equipment, repainted the building, added a great healthy snack/goods kiosk and generally reinvented the place.  We are super proud of how it looks.

Kilcoy Indoor Sport Centre and Gym is situated on the junction of Seib, Hope and Mary Street in Kilcoy. It offers a wide range of indoor sports, adult and kids classes and a comprehensive gymnasium. The gym has 18 pieces of cardio as well as over 40 pieces of gym equipment. We also have extensive free weights and benches for members who wish to train with barbells and dumbbells. Our most popular range is our 10 piece LIFE FITNESS range which is great for any level of fitness, rehabilitation and fat burning.

There is a smaller exercise room that is used for yoga and some classes, but most classes are taken on the open plan courts which catches the great breeze (and views) of the playing fields.

The centre also has a large changing room and showering area and consult area for weigh-ins, measures and fitness evaluations.

Part of our Centre is leased to the Kilcoy Gymnastic Club who offer some amazing levels of gymnastic training on a Monday and Wednesday afternoon/evening.
